HOW DO WE SAVE YOU MONEY?

We save you money by offering permanent;y low fees - on average around 40% lower than the high street agents. 

Based on a monthly rent of £750, a high street agent will charge a letting fee of around £600 and a management fee of around 12%. This annualised comes to £1680.00+VAT = £1,974.00. (Bearing in mind that most landlords cannot claim VAT back that 12% is actually 14.1% !!!)

With OXlets.com the letting fee is £295, no matter what the property. A full management fee is just 8% per month. There is no VAT applicable to our fees and so the annualised fee comes to £1,015.00.
