HOW DO WE SAVE YOU MONEY?
Based on a monthly rent of £750, a high street agent will charge a letting fee of around £600 and a management fee of around 12%. This annualised comes to £1680.00+VAT = £1,974.00. (Bearing in mind that most landlords cannot claim VAT back that 12% is actually 14.1% !!!)
