We also have trusted contractors on board to ensure you are fully compliant when it comes to gas, electricity, energy performance certificates and alike. So all this can be dealt with under one roof.

Landlord Services - please note no VAT is applicable to any of our fees

Fully Managed Service - £295.00 + 8% per month management fee                        (subject to a minimum of £60 per month).

As the term dictates – we will let & fully manage your property and you can sit back and wait for your income to arrive each month.

This includes:

• Appraising & Advertising your property
• Advising on all compliance issues
• Viewings
• Tenant find & references
• Tenancy Agreement
• Receipt and Registration of the deposit
• Inventory
• Check-in and check-out inventory inspections
• Personal tenant check-in to the property
• Initial inspection within first 4-6 weeks of tenancy
• Performing regular inspections of the property (normally every 12 weeks)
• Reporting back on your property’s condition, advising of any maintenance issues
• Arrangement of any required maintenance
• Deal with any emergency issues as reported by tenants – out of hours as well !
• Detailed monthly statements showing your rental income and any deductions
• ..and pretty much anything else you can think of!

Let Only Service - £295.00 - with optional Rent Collection at 5% per month of monthly rent amount. (subject to minimum of £35.00)

• Rent Collection (optional)

Tenant Introduction - £200.00

This includes:

• Appraising & Advertising your property
• Advising on compliance issues 
• Viewings 
• Tenant find & references

Inventory Only - fees from £40.00

We are happy to provide a stand-alone inventory service to Landlords. All our inventories include photographic evidence of the condition of the property.

No fees are payable by Landlord until a suitable tenant is found and they have completed their move. Part payment is required in advance for our Inventory Only service.
